45mm is the way to go imoNot if your wrists are small
I’m a 5 ft tall female and I got the 44 mm for the Watch5. The screen realestate is worth it.
i have small wrists…the 45mm is a fantastic size imo…this is where buying direct from Apple might be better with their 12-day returns policy.
Costco has a similar policy for the first 90 days.

Most things you can return at any time but some items, like electronics, is 90 days. Some items, like hearing aids, and special order kiosks, aren’t part of this.
I have small wrists and the 45 was perfect. My wrist is small that I need the medium strap. I can't use the large strap.
I got the smaller one and I love it. Stands out less. I got the sport loop after the fact, and I wish I got it instead of the sport band, its infinitely more comfortable and better looking.
what is the difference between the two other than size pls? thanks

The Applewatch is part of the Apple ecosystem because you need to partner with an Apple phone.
Me, I prefer the screen realestate available on a square watch face.
