been using this on my blackvue900s, lasted 3 yrs on 24h record so no issues for me, pretty happy with it that it lasted that long, only died in last summer on one of the 35 deg days, car was prob over 60deg inside to cause the failure or maybe just due for a new one since its been recording for 3 years.
Can we use these with dashcam? I thought its max endurance only
same thing. both are designed for heavy write cycles
Bookmarked lolz
I had a cheap as chips PNY or what ever was the cheapest at MSY at the time from 2018 April to Dec 2021. 2 channel dashcam recording 24/7 with parking mode.
No issues until it stopped one day. Could still retrieve but couldn't write.
Bought one of these SanDisk high endurance cards. Thinking it's gotta be better. And have had nothing but trouble.
At least 3 times a week need to reboot the camera.
Going to buy another brand, but seem to always miss/forget the sales. If you are intending to use it in a dashcam id approach with caution.
Geez how ones comments can put one off from buying but thanks I prefer the cheapest anyway 👍👍
you sure it's the cards? cos the common denominator in your story is your dashcam. #justsayin :-p
Lol.
Cheap card lasted 3.5 years without a stutter.
The only time I interacted with it was to pull of 10-15 videos/events i found noteworthy."Expensive card" nothing but trouble for past 4 months. Granted it keeps trucking after a freeze up and reboot or when it chucks a wobbly and the cam says format card.
Just annoying. But since I've worked from home for past month and a bit , hasn't been on the top of my list to buy a new one. However think I'm gonna order something not San Disk tonight.could be coincidental. maybe your dashcam is getting a bit wobbly.
Have been using the 32gb version of this card in my Garmin 45 dash cam for the last 2 years and have had no issues.
Are these okay in comparison to the Samsung endurance pro?
I remember some dash cams had issues with Sandisk cards a few years back
