The standard tresemme range is getting an overhaul/facelift.
They range will be this price until stock is mostly cleared.

    • meaning price sharp rise for facelift

        And a bottle volume decrease.

Is this a really good product or something? I’ve never heard of it

    • +16

Yep. Tresemme is French for Threesome

    • +2

It was originally marketed as the "affordable salon product" and honestly, it's raised the standards of Pantene, Palmolive, Head and Shoulders, and Herbal Essences.

It's still pretty good and personally, it has a good range that my hair likes.

    • +3

Well it's popular enough for Aldi to have ripped it off.

    • +2

It's actually one of the cheapest brands per mL at the standard RRP. I buy it at times as an OzBargainer but the conditioner isn't the best for hair prone to frizz (unless frizz is the look you're going for).

    I like Threesome!

    Your move Amazon

  • On amazon it says its only available from third party sellers, where it's $8

  • +1

Lol kmart says normal price is $6, why is normal price at chemist warehouse $10.99

    • +1

Reject shop has it for $5 (& it's local stock). shows you the profit margin.

  • shampoo and conditioner is a scam - your hair doesn't need it

well some random youtube says so, that's good enough for me!

I wonder what his thoughts are on vaccines? Russia, China, Climate Change, micro plastics, Amazon, NFTs, Microsoft, EMF Radiation, Organics, Veganism, Crypto, Freudism?

He's the first guy who came up on goggle but the whole hair cleaning industry has been exposed as a scam for many years. Yes, he's got lots of videos on other stuff too - that's how he makes a living I guess

        • -3

There's plenty of hype yes, but can you point to a published peer-reviewed study which shows "hair cleaning industry" is a scam?

          • @M00Cow: lol goggle it yourself if you're interested - it's common knowledge your hair doesn't need to be washed of it's natural oils every day

            • +1

@[Deactivated]: If you have normal hair it should only be used once or twice a week lol.

          • @M00Cow: Can you point to a published peer-review per study that shows that it isn’t.

He says vaccines give u 5g. You’re welcome

      • Welll.. how about some random entrepreneur I met when these first started appearing on shelves who told me at first he was baffled at how they could make this product work.
Till he discovered that they use silicone in the product and thus eventually you need to strip out the silicone from your hair.

Since then I never ever considered using this type combination product.

    • So just use soap?
I have very oily hair need to use shampoo like every second day and feel of it is much better than using soap.

      • No need to use any detergents. I use something like this in the shower (without soap/shampoo etc) to keep my scalp clean and stimulate it

  • Went to my nearest CWH and only conditioners left, lol

    • Stores are unlikely to order in clearance items, but will get automatic allocations from the warehouse 2-3 days after they hit 0 stock.

  • Prince Aqua Fresh from Aldi does it all. Never buy shampoo or conditioner and more.

  • Hard to track down a store with stock - but good deal.
