Using them right now at work. Starting to get problems with charging though so buyer beware. There’s actually a lawsuit in the US in regards to this very problem.

How long did the first pair last and how was the change over process? JB Hifi or manufacturer?
@[Deactivated]: after reading this i took mine back to jb a few days ago they gave me a new pair.
considering i only had them for 7 months i think that was 'fair' what worked out better is they didnt have another moss green so the gave me a pick of whatever color i wanted which was pretty cool.
still pretty rubbish for them to have charging issues in such a a short time.
12 months, went to apple store and was treated as warranty, 2nd pair lasted 18 months or so

bought them from JB, was in the apple store for something else and they still looked at the warranty

Got these for 99 in green a while back from JB hifi do not recommend the charging dock is rubbish and i consistently have issues with charging my right ear phone.
Other then that they are good when they work but to 'charge' ~300RRP is robbery
real ozbargainers will have a pair they got for $99 gathering dust somewhere
