Can't actually find the T&C's anywhere, the link I did include (here as well) was for a similar survey that was done last year.

What else is weird is that at the bottom of the survey it says 'Enter your details below to win 1 of 5 $500 Visa Gift Cards' which is confusing since the email I received and the T&C's from last year both say win 1 of 4 gift cards.

Closing date and draw date are placeholders; I cannot find any information regarding as to when this survey ends and when the winners will be drawn.
