A quick test on prices:

- Booking.com/Expedia etc. $417 HotelsCombined
Duxton Hotel Perth, 1 room - Deluxe Twin Room, 8 Apr 2022 to 10 Apr 2022 (2 nights)
- Webjet $375
- Booking.com/Expedia etc. $425 via Hotelscombined
- Booking directly with hotel $361
Hougoumont Hotel, 1 room - Superior Cabin with Complimentary Continental Breakfast, 8 Apr 2022 to 10 Apr 2022 (2 nights)
- Webjet $408
- Agoda/Trip.com $412 via Hotelscombined
So best to compare with HotelsCombined, Google Travel(shows direct booking prices), etc as some Webjet prices aren't great but some are. Lots of the booking sites have coupons on their site as well (e.g. Agoda had a 5% off coupon that popped up). Contacting the hotel directly for a good price has mixed results but worth a shot if you have time.
Remember to grab the freebies on the way in as well.
With their increasing cases and possibly changing border dates, I think WA will find they will need better incentives than this.
