Vertagear Racing Series P-Line PL6000 Gaming Chair $577.15 + Delivery ($0 SYD C&C) @ Mwave

30

I'm using this and really durable.

Way better than buro metro in bulid quality, material, and weight capability too.

I know this is a bit pricey but this is the best heavy duty chair for the price

this is even cheaper than Amazon US

im sorry, the buro metro is better. office chairs > gaming/racer chairs.

    • i tried both and saying this. but i don't need to argue further

        if you say so bud.

        • i know many gaming chairs are cheap shit. i tried $200 one before so i know xD.

But this one actually stronger than buro metro chair.

bigger wheel, base. lesser noise. and the leather quality is so nice to feel.

try this chair if any chance or watch any youtube video PL6000 is so popular one.

    • I've always wondered how breathable gaming/racing chairs are, considering they predominantly look like they're made of this leather (or faux leather?) material.

      • it's not good you should buy a chair pad for that function. and it's PU leather

      • Hence I prefer mesh ergo chairs. More practical and comfortable IMHO

    • office chairs > gaming/racer

That's not a physical law of the universe although generally I agree with you.

Does it support the weight of two people of the chair? Asking for a friend

    • I'm sure it is. It truly carries 200kg but seat width is 53 cm so only one person can seat on this chair.

      • Sweet! In that case the friend will sit on xenoic's lap.

        • My lap is going to be a bit stiff

  • If you're a big guy and you lean back often, you might end up bending the back of the seat. If they haven't changed the design at all then the only thing supporting the back is one side of these two bars that feed into the back. I had one swapped under warranty and stopped leaning back on it

    • I dont do that much
      ty for the info

  • Probably better off spending a tad more for a Secretlab. https://secretlabchairs.com.au/collections/omega-series#omeg…

    • first i know it is popular in AU but it less popular in global (probably that's why it is cheap in AU). i also find it is too pricey when you choose XL size. PL6000 is same or bigger than XL in both weight and tall wise. I bought it at 633 and you can't get a same spec chair from them for $800 (inc discount).

and after that it is still recommended to 80kg~180kg while PL6000 is 200kg. I am over 100kg so it's very important and the way they say, 80~180, looks unreliable to me. it should be fixed number.

that is the reason why I chose PL6000 and I feel this is way stronger than Buro Seating II which I am using in my company.

a lot of money for "Premium Quality PVC Leather"

I've tried several "gaming" chairs and find majority of them really uncomfortable, as in the ones at Officeworks, JB HiFi, Hardly Normal etc.
I couldn't buy a chair without first sitting in it.

  • I bought a 2nd hand Aeron for the same price as this… definitely a better option if you're planning on using it for WFH!

    • that's good option 👍
