Yet here you are, on the internet.
Check the Sandhurst map here.
Green = OptiComm FTTP.
OptiComm FTTP maximum speed = 1000/50.
Purple = nbn FTTC (FTTC can be swapped to FTTP if you need it).
nbn FTTC maximum speed = 100/40.
nbn FTTP maximum speed = 1000/400.
I'm located in the green area. Sandhurst Boulevard. Can you tell me what is opticomm, someone told me if you connect to this you can't get nbn in future!!!
OptiComm is a privately owned broadband wholesaler that installs Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). OptiComm is your only choice for fixed line internet. nbn will not be installed at your property.
Apparently the mobile reception is poor, even on Telstra.
are you built on the Telstra smart community like I am and only allowed to get Telstra services?
Telstra Velocity estates will start transitioning to OptiComm FTTP from July 2022-July 2023. OptiComm gives you more choice of ISP and faster download and upload speeds.

How to find this if I'm or not
Search your home address here

If your in the purple area
When I used to live there a few years back the only option I had was their own fibre run by Clublinks. Never liked it so ended up using Optus 4G Home Broadband instead.
You should try asking in the Sandhurst residents Facebook group. I remembered there were two different groups, one called Sandhurst Cafe as well.
If only there was some way to type in your address and find out. Failing that, what if you could call, on the phone, the people that provide internet as a service (we could call them internet service providers perhaps).
