Posting free delivery that is limited time only is definitely a bargain - shipping costs are often the only thing differentiating the best-base prices from one-another.
I think free delivery is definitely a bargain, it's convenient and it's free and beats the trek to big w if you don't live near one or if you do, the store doesn't stock said item.

Its already on sale saving $4.00, and I have checked elsewhere online no one is cheaper than BIGW (Free Shipping), so your theory of getting it for $9.00 with $7.00 shipping is impossible for the following RC Car.

You havent answered the question. Is this a deal? Whether or not is it $9 with $7 shipping, or $16 with free shipping, the end result would be the same.
So the question was whether by providing free shipping makes this a deal from BigW? When you can pick up at anytime for the same price (and for those that dont read, I said PICK UP at anytime from BigW)

Delivery is more convenient than pickup, however it usually costs more. Right now, it doesn't cost any extra, hence it is a deal.
While I agree with you it is not a specific deal for a product, service etc., there are many people that might live in rural areas or not have a Big W close to them. Or for example, I have a relative who lives independently but is wheelchair bound, so picking a product up from a big w store is very difficult. Therefore free delivery does represent a saving and useful to some, so while not an earth shattering deal, this is still a useful post to many.
So can you show me an example where a product offered online is currently sold at a higher cost for the same product in store?
If the cost of an item is equal or cheaper than in store AND it is delivered to your doorstep, then I think you can consider that a bargain.
