Had my eye on this for a while and perhaps this is the lowest it has been. Just purchased one upgrading from OM 3.

What's the story with the DJI Mimo software for this? Google seems to have booted it from the Google Play store (or DJI just don't really support Android very well). This article doesn't seem to paint a good picture either: https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2020/07/chine….

Valid point. I had to download the .apk from DJI and enable "install from unknown sources" option. Depends on your risk appetite I guess.

Tried but Binglee told me OM 5 is excluded. Would have been great though.

They are making up terms and conditions as they go then. Not sure what ACCC has to say about it

  • Is it worth upgrading from OM4?
    Thanks

I got the OM4 from Amazon for $80 refurbished with 1 year warranty and 6 months Amazon money back guarantee. For 60% less price and delivered I think should be a better deal.

From link i am only losing out on the newer active track while having more than double the battery, 30% more tilt angle and 60% less in price. Thank you so much.

        • Any sources for the comparison of the active track? In saying this, I still don't think I would have paid another $120 for it to be even double faster/accurate.

Although, I'm guessing they could put out a software update in the future for it (which they won't because FAT PROFIT).

@ozhunter68: Correct. Also tracked $3.05 cashback from Cash Rewards and paid with discounted gift cards

          • @ozhunter68: Kogan had them for $80 just the other day too as another option.

Can't exactly remember but I THINK it was only 3 months warranty elsewhere (not sold on Amazon). Don't quote me on that though.

  • Back in stock as of right now
