It can be useful, anyway It DEFINATELY CANNOT HURT doing a simple screen recording (without even sharing that file, ofcourse dont show your personal details like card number etc. (aka use paypal or something)

I definitely agree, but found this deal late and checking out took longer than normal.
I hope Shopback can understand your situation, man. Feels so unlucky. My guess is their tracking system rounds up the purchase time to the nearest minute or something like that, e.g. 11:59:38 PM might be showing as 11:59 PM on your device, but tracking algorithm rounds it up ? or something.

Hi @axus350, I'm sorry to hear about this.
The issue here stems from eBay's reporting method.
eBay reports your order time based on Payment Validation, not Checkout Time.
So if you checked out at 11:59pm but Payment Validation doesn't happen for 5 minutes then your order would be reported as 12:04am the following day.
This would result in the order getting the lower rate due to it falling outside of the allocated timeframe for the 12% rate.
This will be the case no matter what Cashback provider you use.

Cashrewards would have tracked at the lower rate as well so you can't blame shopback. It has happened to me with cashrewards. Cashrewards said the same response as GYB.
I think you need to have completed the order 4 minutes before the end time at the latest but longer to be safe.

EDIT - Actually not as great as I thought as the PLUSFEB5 (5% off) coupon isn't listed on the Shopback page so I assume using it, will mean you are ineligible for the 12% cashback. Any comment on this, Shopback Rep?
