Most of the couches on Facebook are nasty and in shit condition and somehow the buyer lists it as good or like new and wants a small fortune for it

With regards to whether it's a bargain.. yes, who knows? Mind you though, you'd be hard pressed to find anything else that is 100% leather for that price, that is available now.
Sorry I got confused from the photos of the 2 and 3 seater being basically identical.
RRP is crazy, but at this price the Chase version seems like a winner.
We bought the 3 seater and the ottoman (which is down from $600 to $300)
Apparently the reason for the clearance is they ordered way too many and a ship load came in over Christmas period and they had to hire new warehouses to keep them in.
Apparently there were hundreds of 3 seaters last week last week but there were only 4 left in stock at around 11am today.
Or just go on Facebook Marketplace, people upload daily free furniture including a ton of leather couches 💀
