Just wondering if anyone has come across Aldi's general support email address or phone number and would be willing to share with the people. The 13 25 34 number just tells you to go to the website and the website only has very specific categories to contact them under. Their social media doesn't respond to DMs or has messages disabled and it's obvious they avoid spending man hours on support to save costs.
I bought a product with missing pieces but the website tells me to consult the warranty card (which also happens to be missing) for contact details. Cool.
If you've previously submitted a support request, what email did they reply from?
