Need help cancelling a order, it was made when the site was barely working where they were not taking any trade in codes, it just did not work! Now I can't cancel my order because it's a custom red ''color'', the S22 Ultra is the phone. They say cause it's in TOS they don't cancel?
This makes no sense, it's not even made or being made in fact it's being DELAYED. This was a error order and I want it cancelled and I want my money back but they are not budging. I'm not sure what to do? I guess give them 3k then and try resell and deal with people? Can I return for refund I don't even know, they are not helpful at all. Yes, I went in live chat, yes I emailed which its been 4 days and no reply, yes I called and just simply said they can't refund
How is a glitchy website anything to do with you placing an order for a non returnable item? You have to go through 4 or 5 steps to actually submit an order on the Samsung site, which you did and it quite clearly says those phones are non refundable. It sucks but you are the one who ordered it.
