How to Cancel Samsung Custom Colour Phones?

Need help cancelling a order, it was made when the site was barely working where they were not taking any trade in codes, it just did not work! Now I can't cancel my order because it's a custom red ''color'', the S22 Ultra is the phone. They say cause it's in TOS they don't cancel?

This makes no sense, it's not even made or being made in fact it's being DELAYED. This was a error order and I want it cancelled and I want my money back but they are not budging. I'm not sure what to do? I guess give them 3k then and try resell and deal with people? Can I return for refund I don't even know, they are not helpful at all. Yes, I went in live chat, yes I emailed which its been 4 days and no reply, yes I called and just simply said they can't refund

    How is a glitchy website anything to do with you placing an order for a non returnable item? You have to go through 4 or 5 steps to actually submit an order on the Samsung site, which you did and it quite clearly says those phones are non refundable. It sucks but you are the one who ordered it.

    This was a error order

    If you made the error or it's a change of mind, Samsung are within their rights to refuse to refund you.

    At best as a good will gesture they may partially refund you but charge you a 'restocking' fee if it's a custom colour.

    You could try contacting Consumer Affairs for advice.

    I don’t understand how it was an error, how did Samsung get your payment details?

    Did you want to use a discount but because it wouldn’t work you still went ahead but now discounts are working you want a refund?

    Did you drunk purchase or something?

    um so . uh. i did a hackermans.
    because i dont have a credit card and no one has one i know of. so there is no way to do trade ins .
    so i used my EDU account, brought phone for 20% off but also did the code for 200 off as i added a case and buds, i removed the buds and still the 200 off was sill applied.
    So i got the red custom, 512gb ultra for $1,519.20 with a case

    Ah gotta love when people write shit online and forget it's easily accessible

      Yeah that but I messed up and it was not taking any other codes. and the red is being delayed to 6 weeks now instead of 3, didn't want to wait that long.
      i have a new order with trade in code because that one didnt work.

          They didnt take codes the first day the pre orders and sites were messed up. thats when I ordered it.
          and yes like stores cancel items before its shipped out, its normal. just not ''custom colours''
          it was a mistake and i thought they cancel if its not been made or shipped. i was wrong

              @spackbace: I think what OP did was this

              1. He bought custom S22 Ultra 512gb. Forgot to apply trade in codes (regardless of what was said, it is impossible to purchase this phone while accidentally forgetting to apply trade in codes because it is so obvious at checkout. I know because I bought the same phone)

              2. He realized he forgot to apply the trade in code, proceeded to buy the second phone. This time unlikely to be custom because OP realized you couldnt refund it and this time he applied all discount or trade in codes he could find.

              3. He proceeded to bombard Samsung online trying to push for refund on one of the phones despite knowing the custom one is non refundable. Samsung then blocked him (very unprofessional on Samsung part) due to repeated attempts.

              4. Finally after unsuccessful attempt, proceeded to refund one of the phones (most likely the non custom one) to cut his loss. This was reported as successful as per above.

              5. Posting here in this new forum in hope of finding someone who can help or maybe a law specialist because OP keeps screaming for "Can they even do this under law?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

                I did not forget. if you read the comments everyone was having issues with codes not working ON DAY ONE of pre order.
                next day it was fixed or next two days I think?
                no did not block me.
                I am asking if there is a way and how is this even allowed because when I ordered I never saw any not allowed to cancel at all, it was on another page or at bottom of the page? im not sure but they need to put it somewhere more clear.

                • @Rukiata: I understand that but if the trade in code did not work, you should not have proceeded with that purchase. The checkout cart was very specific. If the code did work, it would have shown and if it did not, then it would not have shown.

                  And if you went ahead with that purchase without the trade in code showing, then it is an unfortunate costly accident.
