I'd say so, guppies don't damage most aquatic plants and so should be fine.

These look like common aquatic plants which are fine in any freshwater tank.
Please note that if you do not want snails in your tank, either do not buy or you may have to treat the plants in copper solution before putting it in the tank to ensure no snails or snail eggs get past quarantine.
I have done my best in the past to clean snails off plants but you can miss just one or eggs and it's infestation from there.
Do not use copper if you have other copper sensitive creatures like Invertebrates.

We do sell individual plants as well, they are all listed with individual prices. This combo comes with moss as well, worth $4, and the range of possible plants are mostly all those that are listed. If stems like Pearl grass, baby tears or rotala are included we do add a few extra stems too, but listing exactly what is in the combo defeats the purpose of making it as high value as possible.

You could say the same for any "random" deal: Do you think any non-specified deals should not be posted here at all?
If you are not happy with what you recieve, we refund no problem; there isn't really much more that can be guaranteed for a random deal while at the same time providing you with the best value-for-money such a deal can provide.

Has anybody received their plants from this offer? I ordered 3 lots (45 plants) and received an envelope with 10 plants in it. It looks like they are a scam.
