Any idea who Sendle partners with to deliver customers parcels?

They used to publish on demand rates/quotes from different couriers, it seems they have stopped doing that. All I can find is a page containing no specific information: https://support.sendle.com/hc/en-au/articles/205231008-Sendl…

Need to organise a courier pickup but the seller mentioned that certain couriers are not allowed to enter the building. I didn't ask why but I'm sure he didn't make the rules and he certainly can't change anything.

Just need to schedule a time serviced by one of the "approved" couriers before booking.

P.S. I have contacted customer service, no response after a couple of days.

    Sendle defaults to the cheapest couriers so it will be a mix of couriers please and Aramex (fastway) depending on the location.

      Most likely due to the use of Fastway more often. We all know their reputation here in OZBargain.

    I don’t think they’ve done the tendering thing for years. I kinda remember having an early pre mainstream rollout and you could choose from a variety of couriers. Now you have no choice. It’s mostly aramex, which unfortunately largely depends on the franchisee it seems

      Yeah that's it, pretty sure they did in 2020. The postage calculation page showed different couriers, next and future available bookings, rates, etc.

      Anyway, decided not to go ahead with that seller, too much hassle. It's a good deal for local pickup.

    Book on Interparcel then. Get to choose your own courier. https://au.interparcel.com/

    I use both Sendle & Interparcel interchangably. Sendle most times comes out $1 cheaper but not everytime.

      Oh man I mixed up, it's Interparcel I was looking for.

      Couple of years ago someone used Interparcel to send something they bought from me, for some reason I thought it was Sendle.

      Checked the email again, they are Interparcel labels.

      Damn it! Missed a good deal due to bad memory.
