Worked for me - might need to be logged in as a member?
Are returns as simple as what they've described on their website? That is, free return postage as long as you're a h&m member? Are they quick with processing refunds?
Returns are free for members and my one experience was very easy. You print the label and drop it off with Australia post. They scan it and give you a receipt and you can an email from H&M to say the process has been initiated. You get another email when they receive it and then another email when the refund is made. A few weeks all up I think. Much better than the adidas refund where I took it into the parcel drop off location I selected (a tatts lotto shop ) and the guy there refused to scan it into the system even though I asked him how on earth could I prove I had dropped it off with him. I ended up taking it back and not refunding the item.
Thanks!
