Highly recommended German/European style strategy board games. Settlers of Catan and Carcassonne have won plenty of awards and are a great balance of skill, luck, negotiating etc..

I was just about to get Carcassonne posted to me from Canada because I got hooked while living there and couldn't find anywhere decently priced to buy it here.
