        What setting would you recommend this on a Rancilio Rocket grinder with a Rancilio Silvia machine? I usually have Sicilia medium/dark coffees on a setting of 11 for Cappuccinos. Cheers.

    I usually order Sicilia organic forte, some weeks ago I paid $61 for 3 kg plus $5 for delivery from Adelaide. I got additionally 2X 250g coffees for free to try. How can you beat that or argue the higher price even with 40% off?

    I think 30$ a kg is a sweet spot. More than that it causes acidity.

      Hey Johnthepg. You can freeze it of course but ultimately it won’t be as awesome as fresh. I would recommend hanging until another deal comes up closer to when you are ready. It’s up to you of course. It that’s what I would do 👍🏼

      That’s certainly not normal. There are definitely some random delays at the moment for a number of out of ordinary reasons but our shipments are generally very fast.

    My order never arrived in Melbourne.
    On Jan 26th Aus Post emailed me an unusual update that said the parcel was delayed and if I didn't receive it within 5 days to contact them. Given it's now been nearly 2 weeks and it's still not arrived I sent a follow-up to Aus Post to try track it down.
