It’s often around the $55-$65 price range so I wouldn’t call this a particularly good deal but I guess this place has become OzInStox or whatever other meme you prefer.
Any idea where to get the HP batteries. Can't find them on the bunnings site
So you can’t use the normal batteries for the HP tools?
You can. The kits in bunnings come with the standard lithium battery. Just HP ones are better
OOS
Do these use SDS drill bits?
It's an impact driver not a hammer drill
You are looking for something like this: https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-one-18v-sds-cordless-rotar…
Damn missed out
bare tool ONLY
Also called Skin Only ;-)

If you have to return would that be called Bare Backing?

only 5 in stock when OP post.
Minimum 10 to meet posting rules?
It's a guideline but not a hard limit:
As a general guide, deals with less than 10 items in stock at the time of submission may be unpublished, but moderators may, at their discretion, allow deals to stay if they are potentially useful to the community.
It's a guideline but not a hard limit:
It's a rule…
@jv: It's a rule that says that you are free to submit deals with less than 10 items. They may or may not be unpublished later.
They may or may not be unpublished later.
deals with less than 10 are either deleted or moved to the forums and waste mods' time.
follow the rules and don't post items that people can't buy…
this is a bargain site, not a lottery…
@jv: Lotterys don't operate on a first come first serve basis.
Also the use of the word 'may' really does make this a guideline not a rule.
The only waste of time is this discussion over if it's a rule or not…Lotterys don't operate on a first come first serve basis.
result is the same…
lottery as in who sees this first…
moderators may […] allow deals to stay
This statement alone means that it is ok to post such deals. If we don't how can they (moderators) allow them to stay?
this is a bargain site, not a lottery…
No, it's a lottery site. Many useful deals sell out in minutes anyway. It doesn't matter if there are 5 or 10 to begin with.
how can they (moderators) allow them to stay?
They don't…
It's only for high priced items that they 'may' allow them to stay… Where demand would be low…
It's only for high priced items
Ok, that's an improvement. You started with "it's a rule ffs!!!" and now started to lax it.
You will soon accept (but possibly won't admit) that a ~$100 product discounted to $70 is high priced enough to be "useful to the community".
You started with "it's a rule ffs!!!" and now started to lax it.
It's always been the same. Are you new here?
@bio: I've already told you what the rule is.
I've already told you what the rule is.
What you've told conflicts with the official policy. What's your point?
What you've told conflicts with the official policy.
In your imagination it might, for most other people it is very clear…
Only post items with 10 or more in stock.
@jv: I'll keep this mind when I'm posting on JVBargain.
I'll follow the official guidelines when I'm on OzBargain though.
@bio: As if most people here give a rat's what you do…
@jv: Apparently you do?
@bio: nope…
Was $55 a few weeks back…
