    Do not sign up to Woolworths Mobile as it has non-existing customer support! I am on the 365-day long term plan which should include unlimited standard talk but when i call mobile numbers, it randomly rejects and said "i don't have enough credit to make a call" even tho i am on the 365-day plan!

    There is no support numbers to call (all just automated robot calls) and i kept waiting on the online chat support and after 15 minutes it timeout and i have to wait again from fresh!

    Very bad experience and the 10% woolworths is not worth such bad non-existing support!

      Maybe submit a complaint on the TIO website. It doesn't take long & then the onus is on Woolworths Mobile to contact you & sort out the issue.

    • Did u get this resolved? Thinking of changing to ww from Coles mobile, as Coles is garbage net, like snail speed.

      • No didn't get to resolve in the end so i moved to Boost.

        I wouldn't say WW net is fast either tho….

        • Tx 4 reply, thats sad about no resolution. Hmm not good if net also bad. I remember ages ago i tried ww and i was happy with service but maybe its gone to shit now 🤷. Tx again.
