Pho is bloody amazing, I usually eat in Footscray but this place was damn good. My mates tried the rice dishes and they loved it haha. Though I must say, it took a little long for the rice to come out. Other than that, awesome food, will come again!

Did anyone watch Heston's show a few weeks ago? The topic was 'beef' and he would show us all the technical stuff about beef. He said the best part of the cow was the oxtail and to bring out the best flavour in the beef dish, you should use star anise. These are some of the main ingredients used in Pho, so I guess this explains why Pho tastes so good and is addictive.
