If I have white spots on my car (from using a 0000/2000 grit paper to lightly buff some deeper scratches), which one do I get?
Online seems to show 5000 grit as the next step, but can't seem to find stock

Lol. You're sanding deep scratches out of your clear coat and wondering what the next step is?
You should have researched the full procedure and had all the equipment before you started.
It was a spur of the moment kinda thing. LoL
I keep seeing the deep scratch (and reminded of the reason it happened) and finally just cracked.
I tried using a rotary tool to buff it, but I am missing the proper compound to do the cutting. Scratch X didn't cut it.
Stop. Please stop. My sides are about to split open.
A rotary in the wrong hands will destroy your clear coat in a matter of seconds.
Please pay a detailer to correct it further before you do any more damage.

I would have rotated to base coat otherwise, and use the duplo pen paint thing to repaint it.
Needs a bucket net so the grit doesn't hit your sponge

why ? something wrong with it ? been using the Wash & Wax for the past 10 years, nothing wrong.. also when on discount it's $4/L normal price is $6.50/L

I use Armor All products on cars that I'm not fussy about.
