Mesh Wi-Fi Recommendations under $300

Hi All, I would love your recommendation on a decent Mesh Wi-Fi - probably need 3 nodes. I've got around a 450sqm house and a maximum budget of $300 - any recommendations on decent mesh at this price point?

              @Gunther: The brick wall might disappoint your expectation in getting decent wifi performance out of the mesh. 5ghz backhaul might not make it through to the granny flat. Just hope your neighbours aren't using 2.4ghz wifi so it out can max out the 40Mhz channel bandwidth to give you over 300Mbps speed
