UPDATE: I've FINALLY received my gift card about 40 mins after writing this post. I don't know if it has to do with me posting about it publicly or sending them a text at 0412 068 459, but I'm just relieved.
I'm not sure if I'm willing to risk it again for a 5% discount in the future, but hopefully anyone who encounters a similar experience can find a resolution.

I recently purchased a $500 Woolies giftcard from redeemyourgiftcard.com.au. It was 5% off + $1 off so I transferred $476 to their bank account as per their instructions.
It has been 8 days since I've transferred the money through Osko and I've confirmed with my bank that the money has gone through. I've triple checked that I've included the correct reference number. I've emailed them at [email protected] four times but they won't respond to me.
I thought they were pretty reputable since I've successfully purchased giftcards from them in the past.
I've launched an investigation with my bank but they said there is no guarantee the money will be returned to me.
I'm not sure what I can do now since I have other way of reaching out to them :(
