Harris farm is so overpriced it isn't even funny, if you think instore is expensive wait till you see their online prices… a honey gold mango is 4.49 when it's 2.50 to 3.00 at Coles or Woolworths. Asparagus is 8.99 a bunch! when it is 3.50 elsewhere. I mean I get it, the produce is better quality than Colesworth but not by a huge margin, even the greengrocer I frequent in Chatswood that has very high quality produce which is already pricey doesn't compare to Harris farm.

I agree. But it´s the specials where the money is, ironically. I just buy what´s on special, as the prices tend to be very good. The rest is normally overpriced. That's how they get you.

      • Only problem is when I do online orders I normally do a large shop, that way it is kinder on the environment (as kind as a delivery can be) as well, so I normally would just get a combination of full priced food that my kids like and the ones on special where we as adults don't care either way. I am in isolation right now so I have to do online orders.

Price so far of fresh produce is starting to go out of control due to lack of farm hands and distribution capacity. I am fortunate that I don't have to worry about my weekly grocery bill, but I really feel for those casual workers and those on welfare. I have voted liberal for the past two decades but to be honest next election I won't if Morrison is still around, same for NSW State if Perrottet doesn't bugger off.
