A grade crabs are generally meaty (solid meat). C grade crabs are water crabs. The meat inside has shrunk and turned watery after being cooked.
Is it refundable if crabs die upon delivery?

The mussels come live and with beards. De-bearding should be done just before cooking as the mussels may die when the beards are pulled out

Tried to order two mud crabs for the weekend at 9:30pm on Friday for the weekend - nope doesnt deliver until next Monday.
Wasnt it previously same day delivery if ordered before 11am?

You are right we were doing same day delivery before Christmas but supply of seafood has been unstable so we changed our cut off to 9pm the day before, but we are looking at going back to same day delivery (9am cut off) very soon.
