Mine got shipped 2 days after this post and gave me a tracking number. Maybe send them an email.
Got mine on Monday and they had 3 x 2 test kits in there for total of 6 which was good.
That's great. 1 free. I got only 5.
Ordered 30 Dec, processing until morning of Jan 5th, Australia Post mobile app estimates arrival 10 Jan.
So the 4-5 business days lead time is accurate.
