My mate has one and it makes good pasta. It's unfortunate that the picture kind of looks like it is throwing-up.
These are great, quick and easy to use and make excellent pasta (as long as you don't mind disassembling and cleaning it afterwards, which is pretty straightforward)
At first glance that looked like a 3D printer for adult toys…
You could modify the machine if that's your thing. The instructions might have the recipe for the herb-infused feedstock you would need for it - dill dough.
I recommend them as well. There is a bit of cleaning up but they make great pasta. As long as you have flour, eggs and water you can have pasta.
It is possible to let the dough mix, rest in the machine before extruding it?
Or to mix the dough, take it out to rest then put it back to be extrudedI’ve never tried it myself. You can let it mix and turn it off just before it starts to extrude, then let it rest; you can then use the extrude only selection.
If you are a Costco member you can buy it, see if it works for you, and return it in the first 90 days if you don’t.
thanks for that. I am not a costco member I was thinking about asking my friend to get it for me.
@BuyoTheCat: I've returned a few things to Costco in the past. They, usually, ask for a reason but they don't kick up a fuss about taking stuff back.
From memory this is $10 cheaper in store. Worth a look.
