Need Help with Banggood Order POCO X3 Pro

I'm not sure where to get help so I've joined up here and hope someone can help.

I've just ordered from Banggood Aus warehouse for the POCO x3 Pro it was on sale recently but there has been little updates to their tracking which is meant to be express.

This is all it says

Sydney, Your parcel is currently being processed at a sortation facility. We'll notify you with another update when it's ready to be delivered.

I've never used this company before but have noticed some reviews aren't the best?

CAN ANYONE here tell me how long it took for them to get there item via Australia warehouse/amarex?

I hope the POCO x3 Pro is as good as it appears to be the best value for money.

    Dunno about Syd but they made me drive all over toll ways in Brisbane to get my low value package. Since then I signed the authority to leave and they've been good.

    I order from Banggood a lot more than I like to admit. Their service is terrible and they lie about "express" postage.

    During normal parts of the year, it's about 3 or 4 days for "express", but as busy times get closer, like this time of year, it blows out to weeks.

    I ordered a replacement 3D printer and it was "express" shipping. I made the mistake of ordering it in late Nov. It didnt arrive until about the 23rd of Dec. It just seemed to sit in a "sorting facility" in "Chullora" for about 2 weeks.

    Give it another week or so. Expecting express delivery in an overworked parcel system at the busiest time of the year with the most amount of holidays jammed together is only going to give you heartburn.

    Fastway/Aramex is just terrible for speed. I usually get my banggood orders in 2 weeks during the quiet part of the year. Tracking is non existent while in transit but it will pop up on the day its with the driver. You will get it, just takes a long time.

    Aramex is slow. in the last month, my parcel (a phone case which was put in an envelope) was delivered 12 days later than a memory card (which was delivered by auspost as a letter)

    Got a couple of Aramex packages from the Banggood Sydney warehouse just before Xmas and it took about 1 week to be delivered to my Sydney address.

        The problem is Fastway/Aramex. They're slow and depending on how busy the local franchisee is, it could take a couple of days to be delivered after it's onboard for delivery.

    They are okay just be patient. If you search the store name at ozb and you find it often meaning okay. If they are bad ppl will bash them like no tomorrow

    anyway, bought the X3 Pro from Bangggood 2-3 wks ago. It took around 8-9 business days to arrive. I was expecting it to arrive in 3-4 days

    Phone is pretty good so far. I went from Apple to Android. No complaints and am quite impressed with charging. For $300, I’d say it’s one of my best value purchases ever

      Yeah I did fair amount of research and the X3 PRO seemed to be the best value deal over All I just hope the battery is good as well, is hard to find a phone these days with a battery that lasts longer than a day 😃 and well with the holidays it's really only been like 3 business day…. So I guess it could still be a week away… Thanks for your feedback @valau

      Its a beast. I had trouble it working on telstra it would just drop and say network unavailable It was a firmware/Volte type of issue as I'm sure many people are on telstra. On optus and voda it worked perfect though. Gave it to my brother and got the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G NE instead. I like it better…

    Just be patient. It will just arrive most likely. 2 weeks HK or 8th day for local… Cant be picky with drop shipping…..Otherwise pay more and go to a bricks and mortar shop and pay more money…

      Well Aramex just told me the item hasn't even been scanned In and it looks to be coming from overseas??? Yet it says Aus warehouse on this ad… I'm confused and upset

    Merged from Anybody Received Their POCO X3 PRO yet??

    Sorry if this is a double post but I'm very frustrated nobody responded before…

    I ordered the 256gb poco x3 pro around Xmas and there's been no updates to the tracking via Amarex since 30/12

    I've spoken to aramex and all they could say is there is a tracking entry but no physical parcel yet in the system?

    I spoke to Banggood all they keep saying is sorry we have delays due to the pandemic but it is definitely coming from Australia warehouse… after talking to them a few times over the last week they finally escalated my issue and said if nothing arrives by the 21st I will get full refund….

    I'm just confused some people are saying there won't be any tracking until the item is received to my town? And that aramex are useless?

    So I was just hoping somebody who ordered the same phone 256gb around Christmas can tell me if they have any updates or even got their phone yet? Only one person replied before….

    They kept saying you will get it within 8 business days but it's way beyond that now so yeah weird not one update since 30/12 when tracking was entered into the system that's all….

    I had no choice but to get a spare phone for now I got lucky and found an S10 PLUS 512GB very cheap just some cracks in the glass but everything works…

    So I'm curious will the parcel just rock up one day or have they been too busy to even post my phone yet or forgot?

    Anyway they say wait until 21st then you shall get refunded….

    Anybody got any more intonation surely I'm not the only one who ordered this phone?? I trusted this company….

      Aramax as useless. We had an item arrive today that was ordered on the 28th December. Zero updates on the tracking except it being picked up. Randomly delivered today. They are utterly useless as a courier company.

        The goods come in from overseas and are dispatched from a distribution warehouse in Australia. At this time they have not yet supplied the order to us for transit

    02 Nov - ordered Poco X3 Pro from HK
    15 Nov - received delivery in Sydney
    The order tracking was unreliable/unhelpful.

    Happy with the phone.
    Only issue is that it sometimes drops its wifi connection on a particular wifi network.
    I think its a configuration issue of that wifi network.

    WOW SO I missed their delivery so now I've got to wait for them to drop it at the collection point which could be tonight or tomorrow… I guess it's nice they didn't just leave it out for anyone but how useless not one tracking update until they try to deliver it…. now just have to wait until I can go collect and hope it is a decent phone after all this

        Well mine sat there not one update until the day it was being delivered, finally picked it up today after waiting 2 weeks and no updates to tracking at all… also the phone came in a post bag with no padding or nothing but very professional
