Is there anything like ShopBack/Cashrewards that offers essentially discounted gift cards for on eBay.com?

  Seems most of those promo code won't work the soonest they know you are AU based. It never work for me. Anyway I use Rakuten for 1% cashback

I think you can use eBay AU giftcard on eBay US. I did it before.

    Right, I cant login eBay US with my eBay AU account now. It was OK so that I could use linked giftcards to pay.

      Yes the gift card appears when you checkout those USA items with USA addrrss but it won't work. It does work if the address is to Australian address.

When eBay and PayPal were together, there'd always be deals on discounted digital eBay giftcards, like every few months usually 10-20% off.

PayPal do run deals now, but not on eBay giftcards

This is all US though, not here
