          No, you will need a soldering iron and solder (a basic soldering iron will do). It comes with all components and hardware.

    It's an electronics kit. You solder the components to the circuit board and then play with it (after you spend hours working out why it didn't work first go because you soldered the electrolytic capacitor round the wrong way).
