I found a refurb (seconds) A80J 77" from Sony Australia eBay store and bought it for $5k.
I'm now having second thoughts because I can essentially get a brand new 75" X90J for more than $2k less. I know the A80J is OLED but I mostly use it to watch Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube and I'm not sure if I can appreciate the $2k OLED difference.
Thoughts before I cancel the order? Thanks!
Two different tech, depend on your needs, and its your money. But I'm happy with my OLED.
The A90 is the best tv available right now. I'd love to be able to drop 5k on one. Why buy it if you don't want it? Bit of a strange question really, either you want the best tv or you don't.

Not an impulse buyer. Have been researching for a while. Happened to see only 1 stock in Ebay so pulled the trigger quickly. But then started thinking that maybe I don't need an OLED after all.
I would go OLED if you can afford it and it seems like you can.
I would just buy it new as they are on sale 5888 right now. You can most likely get a salesman to knock off a bit more if you're nice to them.
Mixed reviews on the ebay refurbs. A bit extra for peace of mind when you're already dropping 5g. Do once do right. 3 to 5 years (maybe longer)
Yeah currently brand new it's too close to the price I bought. The item is still not shipped but Sony ebay team is not responsive to my requests to cancel :(
