As per recent deal, I have tried and tested this myself, have gotten few thousands worth of SocialGood coins and cashed out to USDT.

It was $100 referral, now $200, not sure what to make of it, but my guess is they are not reaching their new sign up targets quick enough. Though, there's not much really to lose by trying out the App.

IMO eBay AU works best with tracking(12-24 hours) and approvals always happen at the end of the following month, so it takes 31-60 days for eBay AU.

Aliexpress have also worked for me. Haven't really tried other stores.

New users need to spend US$30 or more within 30 days of signing up.

  my limited experiences says:
  ebay will take 8-12 hours, aliexpress 2-4 hours
  you can wait twice of that time frame but i believe if still not getting tracked, meaning something wrong and it wont happen - for reasons i cannot explain..

      correct. if you click the shop name then on the top right click that it will bring the term and condition just like shopback.
      pretty long list, it doesnt say anything about affiliate or not but clearly say, search item within the SG app, do not preload etc etc.
      so yeah keep it simple, start from SG app, click the store, search, add, pay
      after each transaction, repeat

I have referred 2 of my friends who have purchased a min of $45 from either eBay or Ali. Still my shopping history say I have to spend a min of $30 to qualify for referral bonus. However, my assets tab shows a worth of 850 SG. Do I have to purchase of min of $30? It's confusing. Someone pls clarify :)

Made my order on 26th Decemember, hopefully I get approved in 2 weeks, shame seeing the value tank in the meantime, I don't believe the promo amount can be fixed in value in the same way the purchase bonus is.

It was eBay and it came up as Pending on the same day.

thats it my Ali purchase from 7th still not tracked, i am calling it fail. too bad missing out on the $100 bonus. also no reply from email query sent to SG ….
lucky item is not shipped yet, going to cancel it soon.

so just an idea - if buying expensive items (from ali especially), straight after you buy, message the seller ask them give you few days to confirm, do not to ship
(use simple short words, they are in china remember).
i believe most will accommodate this request.
and cancellation is very easy for my experiences. 1-2 days money back to paypal, another 1 day back to creditcard.

the above strategy sounds ok/making sense/possible?

        @CyberMurning: I made a few purchases early January via Aliexpress which tracked within 24 hours. Made a purchase on the 10/01 which has yet to track, messaged their support on TG and was told it could take 2 or more days (as per their T&C's).
        
        If it makes you feel any better it appears that a lot of people on telegram (TG) having similar issues with purchases not appearing on their shopping history.

      It's like every cashback service, the store takes about 1-5 months to approve the cashback, then the cashback provider will update your cashback to approved and you can withdraw it. Your bonus cashback gets approved when the original cashback is approved.
      
      If it's been more than 2 weeks you must have bought in December. If it was an eBay purchase it should get approved very early morning on the 1st Feb. If it was Aliexpress it will take 1-3 months after your items are confirmed as received, it can depend on the individual Aliexpress seller. Any other store I'm not sure how long it takes as I haven't bought from them, but it says when you go to make a purchase. Notification period is how long it takes to track, verification period is how long it takes to be approved.
      
      Once your cashback is approved you can withdraw it to an exchange. During quiet times it apparently only takes a couple of minutes, but during the busy times when cashback is approved for everyone it can take a week.
      
      It can be a bit of a slow and sometimes frustrating process, but it's free money and a lot more free money than the other cashback services.

        @CyberMurning: Shopback puts an approval date and they put two months on ebay purchases. It's as little as a month with SocialGood. The approval date updates when it's approved.
        
        All Shopback is doing is instead of putting a verification period, they use the last possible date it could be approved and don't approve it before then, even though obviously it would be approved before then most of the time.
        
        I prefer this and just looking at the verification period myself. I think people are not happy because they don't understand what they've signed up for and how it works. Instead of taking the time to understand it they call it a scam.
        
        This is pretty low risk, you buy an item, receive the item and get promised free money on top of it. If they can't take the time to understand how it works and just cry scam, they're better off not getting involved as it's going to be stressful for them.

        i just worry about recent break outs in SG system where multiple ppl including me didnt get tracked on certain dates.

        @CyberMurning: Yeah, the purchases that don't track are an issue. I don't think it's a scam though. The only issue I've had is with 2 x purchases on the 5th of Jan and I believe there was some kind of system issue. I'm still hoping it will be resolved from the ticket I raised. It's also a pain looking on Aliexpress, but I think that's more to do with Aliexpress. I'm mostly sticking to Ebay because it consistently tracks and pays cashback. I still get occasional items from Aliexpress though.

I can understand not having items in cart in order to be eligible but I just saw (after making purchase) that even watch listed items won't be paid out - is this really the case? If so the item is big enough of a purchase I'll return it and buy a second time.

      my guess is: the SG app has internal filter to only shows items that are "eligible" (to get coinback, for SG only - not talking about SB or CR here).
      
      lets say that item ABC is not eligible for coinback.
      
      so, if we wishlist ABC from ali website for example, and then from SG app we pick that item from our wishlist, and move it to cart (or click buy), we can - but that item is still not eligible.
      
      the SG app cannot simply remove that not eligible items from our wishlist.
      but they can filter when we search.
      so, always start from searching inside SG

for you guys who had purchase approved (ebay and Ali mainly), it is true that regardless when the purchase was made, i.e. 1st or 2nd of the month vs 15th or 16th of the month, or 24/25th of the month, SG approve them at the beginning of the month after , i.e. purchases made on the 2nd Dec and 15th Dec, approval generally will come 1st Feb for both?

      telegram channel is useless. If it doesn't track before the usual tracking periods (if you've been buying often, you'll know it often tracks by 5PM AEDT for any purchase before then), don't expect anything otherwise.

  I've only had trouble this past week or so with tracking. One for Aliexpress and one for eBay - both didn't track and was trying to get bonuses. I'm going to ignore the bonus offers from now on and if the tracking issues continue then there's not much point in using the app altogether.

For those concerned about their purchases not appearing in the purchase history, according to a few admins on their Telegram group (TG) they're doing system related maintenance therefore purchases made within the last few days will not appear until said maintenance is completed.
Refer to this screenshot for reaffirmation of the above.

Last night (21/1) ebay purchase at 11pm paid partially with ebay gift card. Not using voucher code.
Just got notification it is tracked at 6pm (but on SG shopping history the date becomes today's date 22/1)

And just to add. I search from the app, taotronics massage gun. The result I wanted has a word sponsored, was worry but turns out okay
