Happened to me too, I believe it's an issue with the free desert coupon - perhaps that not all chains are accepting this coupon? I took it out and the order went through without a problem. Bit lame though, I wanted me puddin'
So how do we get back the original voucher code though? I'm getting "The Voucher has already been used & cannot be redeemed again".
Awful website - puts me off trying Pizza Hut when I've been converted to Dominos for a long time. Now I remember why.

Got it to work but I missed out on both the triple dipper & berry chocolate mousse.
Tried calling their 1300 number but it kept giving me "lines are open between…" and wasn't letting me through to any operators.
That took a good hour of my time to save $5 which ended up NOT being a bargain hence the neg..
I just went back and clicked on it again and got a code.
Couldn't get it to work, wasted 30 minutes of my life… and website is slow

The guy on the phone told me that the FB voucher can't be stacked with free dippers and mousse. That's why i'm getting an error.

He ripped you off…need to tell them you want the online price as you would have placed order there. Think the same happened to me, tried to stack and created an error and lost the use of the coupon. Telephone call to them sorted it out and 'hopefully' all will be fine when I collect.
Will lodge a complaint if indeed they charged me $12.10 when i collect my order. Did u get the free mousse and dipper?
I put those in the online order which I presume created the error after I hit the place order tab. On the telephone, just the pizza (Legend x1 + Steak FB x1) for $9.00. The guy did mention that the FB coupon couldn't be used with other coupons. He first said $11.00 but when I mentioned online price he changed the price. No mention of any "easter surcharge".
Went down to newtown Pizza Hut in Hobart to pick up my pizzas & the guy there wanted $26 bucks! He denied knowledge of the deal but tried to tell me it had expired yesterday. Eventually he gave in, but he won't be getting my bussiness again.
The above seems to mirror my previous experiences.
With the facebook coupons I have attempted 3 times at ordering over the previous month or so.
They are unique codes only allowing one time use, of course the website stuffs up and then you cant order again online.
The 1300# for customer support is often busy ( I was told last week that 8:15pm on a Sunday is peak time for their call centre apparently ) without going to a recorded message, queue etc.
Apparently the free dessert code is expired. They know this fact, yet still let it go through and only throw an error up at the end. The codes are apparently not stackable, tho again it lets it through til the end before it creates the error. If you have the patience to go through the entire process you will then find that when you arrive at store your coupon hasnt been added by the call centre. SO will need to explain it all over again to the counter staff.
Although the idea of a free pizza sounds awesome… unlike Domino's site (which just works.. and works well) there's too much effort required.
Yeah agreed about PH site - has a few bugs that they either aren't aware of or choose to ignore. The coupons should expire when their system records an order being "successful".
They are definately aware of it ATD. The call centre were aware of the dessert code crashing the site 3-4 weeks ago.
When I rang them last week, they were aware once again that the code was expired and had been "causing quite a few problems"
I also reported it to them through their facebook page last week which was passed onto the tech team.
Just now I attempted stacking codes above that others had reported success with… it crashed on submission.
Originally they were trying to blame it on the amount of traffic the site was taking, but the site loads fine… its just buggy code.
I've gained another coupon through another fb account and will give it a go with simply the pizza code and see how I go.
Not holding my breath at all though.
Fair enough to the dessert code, I've encountered a couple of bugs other than the one you mentioned. A recurring one I have is choosing payment option where I can't see such an option. Other times, the cash button is selected by default, yet it still asks for me to select payment option. A couple of one off's not worth mentioning but agree the site is 'buggy'.

Used this successfully on Saturday night. My order was $20.85 but only because we got the garlic prawn signature pizza with the free steakhouse, plus some garlic bread.
