The Frame series comes with a connect box which all cables are tucked away in this hub/box that sits in your TV unit hiding any wires/cabling. This is due to the TV sitting flush on the wall to give the impression that it's a picture frame. Hope that helps.

  How long is the cable? I read 5m but my current goes into the ceiling then down into a cupboard. So will need more than 5m but dont see any of the 15m ones available..

  yeah, even in a house, with an open plan, you'll need a big home for it.
