Not really relevant to compare to Steam's (non-sale) prices; they're basically RRP. Maybe comaring to another reputable CD key site or the like would be better, but nevertheless this seems like a very good price :)

Disclaimer: I'm not comfortable dealing with CD key websites at all. They all tend to be relying on selling you keys they bought cheap in Russia, against the EULA (as opposed to the legit sites such as Gamersgate and Greenmangaming).
That said, there is a thread on these guys at Whirlpool, http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1157029, for people who like to know who they're buying from. Basically, mixed reviews.
This is a key for the original edition (released May last year).
If anyone is interested, the Enhanced Edition is due to be released in about a week and a half and is a pretty massive improvement. Apparently 200 new animations, additional NPC models, new cutscenes, new quests, expanded dialogue, improved stability and a reworked inventory system. I bought it, 20GB downloading now (15gb game + 5gb bonus content) the digital premium edition has things I will not use (soundtrack, making of, map, etc). The key was sent within 30 minutes of purchase. I have played a bit of this already and loved the feel of the game, if the 2.0 is all it's cracked up to be, I might hold off playing until the patch hits, Witcher Enhanced was such a big leap forward compared to the original.

the 5gb is the bonus content for the premium edition… wasted 5gb :(
