The whole Progressive range has been a great seller among the beginners. It seems it's been selling really well because it covers all the basics and fundamentals of guitar playing that is critical to a beginner's technique and knowledge base. The chord chart is a handy little poster and I've found that the book explains in words really clearly what they're trying to say with a good mix of note playing and reading as well. Overall a great book for early guitarists.

        just wondering, legacy, percussion plus looks the same, are they made by same company, just being sold with different brands?
