    For what it's worth, I have the ER2SE's (with different cables) and they are excellent.

  I've been keeping an eye out on etymotic for a while but they have a pretty big range. For both studio referencing and casual listening for someone who adores Sony mdr7506s and doesn't mind spending more should I cop these or reach higher in their range?
