I can assure you that all products on our website are 100% authentic and if you know your fragrances you will agree with me when I say that our prices are some of the cheapest in Australia.
The issue is that you are too cheap. My sister owns a Chemist and you are selling the perfumes at prices that she buys them to sell in store.
As we are an online store we don't have the overheads that a chemist or any retail shop would have. We are trying to establish ourselves in a market that already exists so to make a name for ourselves we need to beat our competitors prices. Hopefully that gives you some insight as to why are prices are so cheap.
i think you need to look at how much chemist warehouse sells stock at if you think this site is too cheap

The prices are really good and the range is amazing. I feel like buying a couple just out of curiosity because I never came across testers before. But there's always that worry of not liking them. Are there any perfume swapping sites available for us aussies?
I haven't heard of any perfume swapping sites before. I believe that overseas, America in particular, they allow consumers to buy an array of testers. You may find some websites offer vials but I am uncertain if they are Australian businesses.

Chemist Warehouse often have sales when they sell perfume cheaper then you do.
Other online shops like feelingsexy and strawberrynet also sell at very reasonable prices which in many instances lower then yours.
So you shouldn't be claiming that you are the cheapest.
May I ask how you assure that they are all authentic?
We purchase from accredited suppliers overseas and all products have to clear and meet Australian customs regulations. We have all our business details on our website and state all products are genuine.

Just bought that. I can see how some people might like it but it's the first ever cologne to give me a headache after 2-3 hrs of wear. It's just so sweet and sharp.

I wouldn't say its cheaper than other fragrance sites. Looking some popular choices and at 'clearance items', there are plenty that are more expensive than fragrancex/net at their regular price. Though there are also some which are much cheaper albeit the ones that I found were sold 'unboxed'.

I just tried to order the 125ml Lacoste Essential and had gone through the whole purchase process including entering CC details before being told right at the end that the product was not in stock. It would be a lot better to disable the add to cart button for something that was not available to avoid this kind of thing. On a side note, do you know when this product would be available?

I just had a quick look at some of our Australian competitors and our price is cheaper than any I could find. The cheapest on ebay was $104.90 which includes shipping so as you can see our price of $92 is very good.

That is a fault on our end. We were told PayPal accepted Amex but I am now led to believe that is only the case overseas.
