I think your last order may have extended return period. Hence, it may take longer time to approve the cash back. Read t&c there may be chances that customers may return product during return period hence usually they wait until that return period is over and if product is not returned then they will approve cash back and you can withdraw it. If your case is different then you can raise ticket with cash rewards as well. They are pretty good with CS.
