According to cashrewards:

Applies to Apple Regular & Education Store. Product exclusions apply (see terms).

So visit Apple Education Store first, then go to cashrewards, then click on Shop now, hopefully that will redirect you to Apple AU Education Store.

Also, remember GST portion is excluded from the cash reward.

Doesnt matter in IPhones as they same price on both educative and regular stores, for MacBooks there is cashback offers coming thru round the year.

  Mac Mini M4 base model is ~$4 cheaper after cashback through Apple EDU store compared to Apple AEU EPP store (please double check the math, I only did a quick calculation) so yeah, probably not worth the trouble for $4.
