  Whoa I been waiting for a sale on Sekiro for ages!
  While I know its a good game, I had trouble with Bloodborne as if you die, it takes me a long time getting to the boss before I can get it again (or I feel like I'm just skipping everyone by running through). Anyone know if thats the same to the others?

    It's the same price on xbox. I might get the xbox as that's enhanced for the series X whereas I believe this is a ps4 version only

      Yeah, you either like Souls like games or you don't. I totally get the haters. They're hard, you die all the time, totally unforgiving and rewards are meagre. Sounds like fun right? lol

    it's a very worthy game in it's own right, as is 1
    polarised opinions on whether it's the worst or the best of the series

    Yes, it's worth playing. I pondered doing the same 1 to 3 skip as you but decided to put the time in on 2 - just finishing up the DLC for it now after beating the main game, I've really enjoyed it and definitely don't regret playing it. It's a bit inconsistent in quality at times and isn't as good as DS1, but it has some really strong parts, a few interesting changes and overall is very good.

    For 6 bucks its worth a try. I put in a lot of hours into DS1, 2 and 3 and love them all. There is no real storyline to connect them so you could start with 3 but then you'd be missing out on 2! 2 was harder I thought since your health bar diminishes a bit every time you die whereas in 1 and 3 it stays constant

        yeah the health bar gets smaller with each death until I think it stops at 50%. You need to use up a Human effigy or Humanity or whatever its called in DS2 and it goes back up again - but there aren't always heaps of effigies available until later in the game so gets pretty hard.

    The DLC is some of the best parts of Dark Souls, including Dark Souls 2 DLC
