Anyone Tried Buying a Used Car from CARS24?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone here has tried buying a car from CARS24. It's an online only car buying site.

How did payment work for you?
What did you find that the photos don't show you?
Did you test the 7 days return policy?
Did you come across any warranty repair issues, how was the experience with that?

    No. And I wouldn't trust them either.
    From their front page I clicked the "cars that will suit your lifestyle", went to "Great Outdoors" and it comes up with Toyota Yaris.

    I know used car prices are up but some of those listings are insane. Almost $40k for an auto 2016 Toyota 86!

    Looks like an arm of one of the auction houses that just specialises in reselling lease and fleet vehicles, for very inflated prices.

    we looking at a cars24 used car…
    question-would it be worth paying for their additional warranty coverage, on top of the 3mths statutory warranty? https://www.cars24.com.au/blog/car-quality-standards-cars24/

    you can visit the warehouse and look at the car/test drive before buying… I was interested in a Mazda 3 that they listed and went to the warehouse and inspected it in person. Did not end up buying it because the car look worse in terms of conditions than in the photo. It is a very good place to sell a car to them tho they offer absolute top dollar compare to other dealers (sold 2 cars to them in last 2 years)
