My StarTrack states that as of 23/12/2021 (today) it is at the Melbourne Depot. Listed as delivery ETA 22/12/2021 yesterday but I guess that was a little too optimistic.

I spoke with chat. He said they don't do $100 loyalty vouchers any longer, marketing team decision. And the $50 codes are sent manually… Not sure how honest it all was.
Considering how much the loyalty codes were manipulated not surprised.
Loyalty vouchers are being issued if you have a Samsung phone that is damaged
I just tried again. Loyalty vouchers are currently unavailable.
Go to the chat > Support > Product Queries > Mobile > Loyalty voucher > Loyalty voucher
Say you've got a damaged Samsung mobile, but want to upgrade. They will give you a reference number, and you need to email them photos of your damaged device and IMEI. They will send you a voucher in about 2 days. (Tip: If you're phone is not physically damaged, just say it has internal water damage and can't turn on or charge).
