I placed an order for a dishwasher in Sep. For some reason, Kogan cancelled the order for me, which is fine. As I used gift card (didnt expect the cancellation), they told me the refund will be credits, which is also fine. However, after two months, I still have not seen any credits in my account!
The experience is frustraing, and it is certainly much worse than dealing Amazon.
I am wondering what is everyone else's experience with Kogan in a similar situation. What am I supposed to do or expect? They use the fuckening message system and i can even 'chat' with someone online (or am I missing something)?
