Fully Avoid This Garbage Company - Myprotein

Folks,

Had ordered 5KG WPC, 2.5KG WPI, Peanut butter powder, Hakaido whey, 2 shirts and pair of socks. Here are thier Best before dates.

Peanut butter powder - Packed 8/20, Expiry - 2/22 - who on earth sends such old stuff?
5KG WPC - Expiry 8/22 - 7 months for a 5KG bag when someone orders 8KG protein in a go?
2.5KG WPI - Expiry 12/22 - This is understandable.

One of the shirt fits so bad, its totally asymmetrical in the stitch. Also, the left arm has 14inch circumference and the right 13. Horrible. They are definitely shipping factory seconds. I have had several orders with them earlier when they used to ship from EU warehouse, now with AU warehouse, its all crap. Please avoid. For reference, AminoZ protein I recently got had a full 2 years shelf life!

Their Hakaido whey tasted good though.

I have sent them an email, waiting for a response. Sharing to keep the community here updated.

    Go to the gym
    Drink protein
    Bulk up
    Throat punch myprotein

  • I’ve got some preworkout and protein from myprotein in 2017, over $300 worth after raving review from a friend. Ended up throwing it all out, never had any so foul tasting. In hindsight my friend was probably a paid shill for them.

    • Most of thier protein dont taste as good. I buy only unflavored and add fruits/milk and blend(nutri ninja). I kept buying till now because they were tested by independent labs and their protein really scored well on the protein content score and i was a bit hesitant to change brands. But their AU store is really (profanity) up.

Anyone who doesn't buy their supplements from "bulk nutrients" deserves all the pain they get

    Bulk nutrients or bust

    Bulk Nutrients or Bulk Powders.

Bulk Powders is/was a few % more expensive than Bulk Nutrients, but the taste is a tad better.

Hey back in the old days before they had protein powder, a prtoein shake consisted of:
    Skim Milk Powder
    Couple of eggs
    Yoghurt
    Milk

    Tasted like shit, but hey.

ordered a 1kg bag of creatine recently with an expiry date of 04/22, sent them an email about this because by that time i'd only realistically get through less than half the bag. ended up getting a full refund for it so hopefully you do as well.

    • Yeah, I would have raised a refund case as well.

Given that 1kg, if taking 5g a day, that should serve you 200 days.

  • I buy from Sport Supplements Direct. Their ebay store is cheaper than their website. Way cheaper for pure protein powder than a lot of the other companies

  • Myprotein gives me diarrhea big time, no such issues with bulk nutrients or other aussie bulk sellers!
