How to Ban ZAVVI Deals on OzBargain?

Hi OzBargain

I recently purchased goods from ZAVVI about almost 2 months ago, after seeing a deal posted on this website.

Item never arrived, terrible customer service and refusal to refund.

I love this website as I have purchased many items due to the deals identified by other people.

But this one seller, i wished i had read reviews on ProductReview.com.au (https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/zavvi) before i placed an order with that company.

This company is borderline scammers.

Is there a way OzBargain website can have a rating system for the actual store ?
This would save so much headache for all buyers who are now in transaction disputes with this company.

  How did you pay?, can you lodge a claim through Paypal or such?

  Interesting they're owned by a UK company, they don't seem to have an ABN/ACN or real Aussie presence, and no real contact details:

    going by the reviews, paypal is listed, but won't work …

    credit card charge back is about the only option …

    mobile phone number disconnected …

    physical address is vacant block of land …

    but most people seem to receive their item eventually

  I've made orders from them that went fine. Most recently though I had a 6 month old pre-order for a figurine that has been in stock at other stores for months which still had no communication or indication of when it would ship, so I cancelled and went with another store. I wouldn't ban them outright, they have good prices and are fine at shipping things for the most part.
