    Ok, after a number of attempts to understand and replicate the situation
    you described our tech guys have discovered the issue.

    Here is their response:

    Each email that is sent always has a unique barcode in it.

    If a user receives a second voucher during the day (i.e. from an invite)
    and goes to the ‘view HTML’ version, the LATEST voucher number
    registered against that user for that day will be displayed.

    This explains what I was seeing.

  After systematically claiming, inviting, and visiting twice a day, nearly every day, I now have a stack of KitKats that is becoming hard to resist.
  I'm up to a two-a-day habit now.

  There's still another 20k+ vouchers left and let's just say I've got a sizeable stockpile of Kit Kat's sitting here waiting for my consumption. Schweeet.

  Got told by a staff from one of the stores that the system is showing 27/05 is the last day for redemption but I argued the actual thing says otherwise. Oh well let him be, I'll just need to find other stores to redeem the vouchers.

  Final tally between my wife and I: 168 codes received, 162 redeemed, 4 already claimed, 2 given away not claimed, and about 10 codes not received due to a problem with 7-Eleven app.
