Found 2TB Seagate 7200RPM drive for $125. For a 7200RPM drive it doesn't seem bad.

we have had 2 external 2tb drives recently…this price for an internal is a standard price all over the net.
when it comes to local computer shops, theres very few I wont buy from. Itestate are the exception, they are the worst of the worst.
Give me msy, arc, eyo, skycomp, anyone else except itestate. I've tried to order from them twice and both times has been the same, the order just sits there doing nothing until it gets cancelled, they dont email me, they dont respond to my emails - capitol crime for anyone selling IT stuff imho.
I have bought from them twice without any dramas. I didn't know they had a bad rep for this sort of stuff.
has anyone else had good or bad dealings with them?
I have ordered from Itestate many times. Never had an issue even with returns.
not what i call a bargain
I wouldn't call it a bargain, but it does seem to be $5-$10 cheaper than anything else on Static Ice.

I can fondly remember paying $90 for a 2TB internal Drive like this last year.
this is average street price.Not a bargain…
Not a bargain. $122 @ Umart in stock ready for pickup/delivery
http://umart.com.au/newindex2.phtml?bid=5Agreed :thumbs down:
Umart has it listed for $139 as an online special??? How can you compare the $122 (Inferior model probably 5900rpm) to this 7200rpm hdd? Model number is ST2000DM001.
Yes, I think people are comparing this to 5900RPM drives. I have purchased 3 of these drives today. I currently have RAID5 setup with the 5900RPM drives and I replaced them with the 7200RPM drives, and I have to say it is noticeably faster. Especialy when you are running lots of VMs off them.
Price nothing special. However ITEstate have been great everytime I shopped with them.
no bargain
Don't ever give itestate your email address, they just dont stop sending you email, even though I have asked them many a time to stop. Say no to spammers!
I second that. I keep getting spammed.
Not that great of a deal. Both MSY and Officeworks have their hard drives at a similar price.
